 Speech Made Easy, Inc. strives to enhance the communication skills of individuals by providing comprehensive trainings to maximize speaking potential. These trainings will help individuals as well as employers and employees increase their personal goals and customer service in a variety of ways.
Speech Made Easy’s founder and president is Catrina M. Brown. Ms. Brown received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders (1995) and a Master of Arts Degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders (2000) at Hampton University. She has worked as a speech-language pathologist in several settings, which include public schools, medical settings and private practice. She incorporated Speech Made Easy January 2002 and started consulting in August 2005 in the greater Metropolitan Atlanta area.
Ms. Brown’s specialty areas include accent modification, articulation and language. She has served as a Project Coordinator for a doctoral dissertation study (2008), Best Practices Roundtable co-facilitator (2008), Best Practices Roundtable presenter and facilitator (2006), Reading First Classroom Collaboration workshop liaison for Clayton County Public Schools (2005), Presenter at Sharing the Reading Experience: Ways to Help Your Child Learn and Grow (2002), invited guest to Multicultural Leadership Symposium (1999).
Ms. Brown lives in Conyers, GA. In her spare times she enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, walking, and dining out with friends and family. She also participates in community service projects with the Beatrice Tolbert Hands of Worship sign language ministry and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
